Zsuzsanna is the Head of Leadership Advisory Service Line at SpenglerFox, based in Geneva, Switzerland. Zsuzsanna and her team of experts are well positioned to support any senior talent hiring and development scenarios in over 35 countries.
Zsuzsanna has worked in the Executive Search industry since 1999. In addition to her experience in the Consumer and Life Sciences sectors, Zsuzsanna has also successfully delivered searches in the Advanced Technology/Media, Agriculture, and Industry & Manufacturing sectors. Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team, Zsuzsanna worked at Korn/Ferry International for 14 years.
Besides Executive Search, Zsuzsanna was also an active member of the ‘Leadership and Talent Consulting’ speciality practice of Korn/Ferry and is certified in Decision Dynamics as well as Lominger products (Choices, Voices 360). She delivered numerous leadership development programs and took part in 360-degree assessments
After graduating in French and English Language and Literature from the Eötvös Loránd University of Budapest, Zsuzsanna completed her studies with an MBA degree from the Université de Lyon.
Zsuzsanna is fluent in English, French and Hungarian.
