Our methodology begins with a detailed study of needs and challenges unique to the organization in order to gain a deep understanding about what kind of executive profesional will be the most effective for your company

1. Client priorities and candidate profile

We help our clients to define ideal candidate profile (knowledge, experience and skills) and customized position (role, responsabilities, goals and key challenges).

As a consultans, we take a broad approach and offer differents perspectives for how to conceive a role and pinpoint the ideal candidate.

Our primary focus is direct search. Our teams conduct targeted research into companies and sector and develop an exhaustive list of prospects best qualified for the role

2. Market Research

Our research team conduct targeted research into companies and sector, and develop an exhaustive list of prospects best qualified for the role.

We develop short list of the most qualified candidates with a detailed assessment report, which contains information on the candidates’ personal, behavioural, academic and professional profiles

3. Short-lists process

We initiate short-listing process with initial telephone interviews which assess a prospective candidate’s suitability for and interest in the position.

Once this has been confirmed, candidates carryout in-depth one to one interviews and various tests to assess the candidate’s personality and communication skills, as well as competency based interviews and psychometric testing.

After the client has selected its preferred candidate, Ackermann International support client in the preparation and presentation of the offer to the successful candidate

4. Short list presentation and client interviews

We develop short list of the most qualified candidates with a detailed assessment report, which contains information on the candidates’ personal, behavioural, academic and professional profiles, including a rationale in which we explain why the candidate should be considered for the role.

Following the review the shortlist with our clients and action any feedback, we start and manage the client interview process.

Our work does not end with a sucessfull hire. We work in partnership with our client and candidate to identify integration needs and plan the successful integration of the candidate into their new organisation

5. Offers and Acceptance

After the client has selected its preferred candidate, Ackermann Solutions support client in the preparation and presentation of the offer to the successful candidate.

This is then followed by discussions with both the client and the candidate.

We are absolutely committed to quality. After every placement we carryout in-depth service reviews with our clients to ensure maximum client satisfaction

6. On boarding and integration

Our work does not end with a sucessfull hire. We work in partnership with our client and candidate to identify integration needs and plan the successful integration of the candidate into their new organisation.

We meet with client and candidate at regular intervals to follow up the integration process: placement’s fit with the corporate culture, the position, the team and the organization.
