Antonio has a solid career path of more than 20 years of experience in Executive Search, national (Spain and Mexico) but also in an international level, in the area of searching directors and middle management positions.
He is founding partner of Ackermann International. Before joining Ackermann International, he worked at Telefónica, Suárez and Aberasturi, and Accetis.
Since 2008 he leads operations in Ackermann International Mexico. He is responsible for developing the company’s presence and identifying business opportunities on Mexico’s market. He also manages daily operations and team for Ackermann International’s office in this country.
Under the management of Antonio Catena, the brand has been positioned as one of the leaders in the Executive Search and Human Resources Consulting sectors, developing a innovative focus at the solutions for the executive searches and human capital.
Antonio has conducted numerous senior management searches for different industries but currently he has positioned himself in Mexico as one of the headhunters to go to in the areas of IT, Telecom, Energy, Engineering and Construction.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain.
