Begoña González-Blanch has been working in the executive search industry since 1999. She is currently responsible for developing business opportunities for Ackermann in the U.S. and helps multinational companies enter the American market by finding the best talent for them.
Before moving to the U.S., Begoña served as General Director of Ackermann Solutions in Spain and was responsible for the financial and professional services practice at Ackermann Executive Search, being a partner of the group since 2010.
She holds a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from ESIC University and a Master’s from ESADE.
Begoña is also a board member of the Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Florida and a founding member of EJECON, an organization created to promote the presence of women in all industries, encourage their leadership, and create a community for mutual support. She is also the founder of WhE Women’s Hispanic Executive Association, a non-profit organization aimed at increasing the presence of Hispanic women in executive positions, where she served as president from 2020 to 2023.
