Over the last ten years, Juan has worked with teams worldwide to improve their performance and efficiency through the development of their communication skills, goal setting, and leadership.
Juan began his career as a Graduate Consultant at IBM, where he worked for six years with corporate clients from the Ibex 35, developing projects in Artificial Intelligence, Data, and Analytics. He then became the Global CDO for the IBM-BBVA account, managing new technology projects in Spain, the US, Mexico, and Turkey.
Since 2019, Juan has developed his career by helping to create high-performance teams and teaching skills such as efficient time management, negotiation, conflict management, and organizational development. He has assisted companies like Prosegur and BBVA in improving their performance and helped organizations like Nationale Nederlanden and Grenergy implement their digitalization and innovation agendas. Additionally, he has been a speaker at corporate events for companies such as Acciona.
He currently leads the Ackermann Labs area, focusing on developing organizational leaders through high-impact training. “My goal is to help change people, improve their work style, and enhance their motivation through training and personal development.”
