Alejandro López Roberto has over 10 years of experience in the field of consultancy and talent development. He began his career in the United States within the Management Consulting industry at Merkle.
Subsequently, he returned to Spain to join IBM’s consulting unit, where he led various projects, including the design and implementation of global training programs for several IBEX35 companies, as well as the deployment of new technologies to enhance process efficiency.
In 2019, he left IBM to establish Ackermann Labs (a division of Ackermann). Since then, he has been focused on building high-performing teams through training and development in areas such as communication, conflict management, productivity, and leadership.
With a distinctly international profile, he holds a degree in International Business with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut, USA.
