She has successfully led search projects both nationally and internationally across various sectors, including banking, capital markets, professional services, construction and infrastructure, energy, mining, and TMT.
She holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master’s in Human Resources from CUIFE at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, specializing in Organizations and Selection. She is also a certified coach (specializing in Ontological Coaching) from Newfield Network.
