Throughout her career, she has led transformative initiatives for companies across various industries with international reach, standing out for her implementation of innovative practices in talent acquisition, retention, and development; streamlining recruitment processes through modern and effective techniques; fostering inclusive work environments where opportunity and well-being thrive; strengthening employee relations by facilitating open and constructive communication; and designing and leading training programs that enhance skills, performance, and professional growth.
She holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Santa María la Antigua, a postgraduate diploma in Senior Management from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá, is a certified coach by the International Coaching Institute of Panama, and has most recently completed the Storytelling with Data program at INCAE Business School.
