Manuel Rubiales has more than 30 years of experience managing international companies, particularly in environments focused on high growth, transformation and value creation. Throughout his career, he has worked across sectors including Consumer Goods, Technology, Private Equity and Professional Services.
He began his professional career at Navidul as Finance Division Director. Following the company’s merger with Campofrío, he became Finance Director of the group.
He later served as CEO of Famosa, leading the company through two Private Equity processes. He has also been Managing Partner at Alpstar Capital and Managing Director of Strategy, Finance and Resources at Martinsa Fadesa.
In 2012, he led the creation of Techbrites, a professional services company specialising in Customer Success for technology clients including Cisco, Microsoft and SAS.
He has also developed extensive experience as a Board Member and Senior Advisor to a number of companies.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from CUNEF and has completed the PDD and PDG executive programmes at IESE, as well as the CEO Global Program at Wharton, MIT and IESE.
