Alexandra de Moreau has more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition in Chile, having developed her career in national and multinational companies and participated in projects across different Latin American markets.
Throughout her career, she has led End-to-End recruitment processes, Executive Search assignments and Market Intelligence projects, working with clients and candidates in Chile as well as in countries including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay.
In recent years, she has specialised in strategic positions within the Industrial & Engineering, Supply Chain, Shipping, Sales & Marketing, Consumer Goods and Finance sectors, developing in-depth knowledge of the Chilean market and the needs of both national and international companies.
Her experience across different Latin American markets and her international profile enable her to work closely with multinational clients and support regional projects, particularly those related to business growth and expansion in Chile.
She joins Ackermann Chile as Principal, bringing a consultative approach, a comprehensive understanding of business and a strong focus on building long-term relationships of trust with clients and candidates.
She holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and is fluent in Spanish, French and English.
