Mary is a Senior Client Partner based in Athens, Greece, providing clients internationally (with special focus on the Southern and Eastern Europe Regions) with local and cross-border Executive Search and Leadership Advisory Solutions.
Mary joined SpenglerFox in 2007 and since then held several positions from Regional Manager Balkans to Regional Director South East Europe and Global Practice Group Leader for the SpenglerFox Leadership Advisory Practice. Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team, Mary held positions at Procter & Gamble and Mars Inc- in Marketing Management before working for a period of nine years in KPMG as a Director.
During her career, Mary has managed more than 1000 recruitment projects for middle and top management positions for a broad spectrum of national and international clients. She has also managed numerous Leadership Assessment and Development projects as well as Career Transition Programs.
Mary holds an MBA BA from the University of La Verne, USA and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a Specialization in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), USA. In addition, Mary is a certified assessor for Saville Consulting psychometric tests as well as A&DC competency-based assessment methodology.
