Ana Fernández, a Law graduate from UCM, has over 20 years of experience in the Executive Search and recruitment sector. She has held various positions in prestigious consulting firms, as well as HR roles in multinational companies. In 2009, she joined Ackermann, where she has developed several positions of responsibility within the different units of the group. She has extensive experience in designing strategic recruitment plans for large multinationals, as well as numerous recruitment projects for both Top Management and Middle Management.
