She holds a degree in Political Science and Sociology from Complutense University (Madrid).
Currently, her work is focused on transforming and adapting organizations to new business strategies by defining new organizational models and structures, developing leadership, managing talent, and optimizing human resources processes. Throughout this journey, she has successfully supported both national and international companies.
