Guilherme Portugal has more than twenty years of experience in management consulting and organizational transformation.
His expertise covers key areas such as organizational and cultural transformation, HR transformation, organizational design, change management, new ways of working, and leadership.
Throughout his career, he has worked with leading multinational corporations and national groups across a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services, consumer goods, manufacturing, and retail. In addition, he has participated in international projects across Brazil, Latin America, the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Before joining Ackermann, he served as Transformation Director at Mercer and developed a significant part of his career at Accenture, where he held the position of Consulting Director within the Talent & Organization practice.
Alongside his consulting activity, he also works as a lecturer and mentor for executive education institutions and non-profit organizations.
