She has over 15 years of experience in the Human Talent field, both in corporate environments and consulting. Throughout her career, she has managed various human resources subsystems and led organizational development and personnel management projects.
She has solid expertise in Executive Search and talent acquisition at different levels, having worked with companies across multiple industries. She has provided consulting services in business processes, organizational structure, employee engagement, and workplace climate, focusing on improving team and organizational efficiency and strategic alignment.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, a certification in Human Talent from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Talent Development.
