Jorge Loeches has extensive international experience in the Executive Search and Recruitment sector, having worked for leading firms such as Nicholson International, Alexander Mann Group and Accetis International before the creation of Ackermann, where he is a Founding Partner.
Throughout his career at Ackermann, Jorge has held various positions of responsibility. A few years after the firm began operating in Spain, specifically in 2013, he moved to Peru with the aim of opening the company’s office in the country. As Country Manager of Ackermann Peru, he successfully introduced and positioned the Ackermann brand as a benchmark in the Executive Search sector.
In 2019, he returned to Spain to take on the role of Operations Director, a position that enabled him to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Group and its different business units. In 2021, he was promoted to Managing Director of Iberia, assuming responsibility for the region’s management.
As a result of the Group’s growth, in 2026 he took on the role of Senior Partner – Coordinator South Europe Cluster, with the aim of consolidating Ackermann’s positioning in the region. He combines this role with his position as leader of the Industry practice, a sector in which he has consolidated expertise.
