Jorge Loeches has extensive international experience in the Executive Search and Selection sector, having worked at leading companies such as Nicholson International, Alexander Mann Group, and Accetis International before co-founding Ackermann.
Throughout his career at Ackermann, Jorge Loeches has held various leadership roles, one of the most notable being Managing Partner of Peru. He moved to the country in 2013 with the objective of opening the office, positioning the brand, and developing business for the Group in Peru.
Since his return to Spain in 2019, Jorge Loeches has served as Chief Operating Officer, a role that has provided him with a comprehensive view of the Group and its different business units, in addition to taking on various management responsibilities. He is currently serving as General Manager for Iberia.
Loeches holds a degree in Psychology, a PADE from IESE, and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
