She specializes in sectors such as Consumer Goods, Finance, Education, and Industry, and in the search for positions on Boards and in General Management, CFO, CDO, CCO, CHRO, CLO, and CTO roles.
Eileen holds a degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and has enhanced her training with specialized courses in competency-based interviewing and executive assessment tools.
