He specializes in the search and selection of Top Management and qualified technical professionals, as well as in leadership development and strategic consulting processes. Throughout his career, he has designed and implemented organizational change programs in multinational corporations, family-owned businesses, and SMEs, complementing this work with executive coaching and skills training.
His expertise covers areas such as B2B sales, management skills, digital transformation, operations, and change management, with a specialization in sectors including Renewable Energy, Tourism and Leisure, Publishing and Media, and Industrial, among others.
He has managed projects in international environments, working in markets such as Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Denmark, India, South Africa, the United States, and Colombia.
He holds a Diploma in Tourism and Management of Tourist Companies, a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communication, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, in addition to training in Executive Coaching and a certification in Firewalking (high-impact training).
Furthermore, he is an associate professor at LaSalle/URL, where he coordinates and teaches a professional integration program, and is a regular speaker at forums, institutions, and universities on the topics of employment & renewable energy.
