Renato began his career in the financial services sector, having worked in both Corporate Banking divisions and a wide range of business units at institutions such as Banco Portugal and Banco Sudameris. After eleven years in banking, he transitioned to the Recruitment sector, where he led the Banking and Financial Services practices at major firms like Michael Page and Hays.
Since 2008, he has dedicated himself to Executive Search and HR consulting. He has led numerous executive search projects, primarily for C-Level positions and specialized profiles, having served as a partner and consultant at firms such as ARC Executive Talent Recruiting and even founding his own consultancy, AXXIAR Recruiting.
In 2017, he joined Ackermann with the challenge of expanding and growing the Group’s presence in Brazil.
He specializes in recruitment and selection, talent assessment and management, team building, and development consulting.
He holds a degree in Business Administration (FAAP – Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado), an MBA (American University – Kogod School of Business), is a professional coach (Erickson Coaching International), and also has the Board Member Training Course certification from IBGC.
