Francisco has extensive experience as an executive in the areas of Administration and People Management – DRH-VP of Human Resources, in Brazil and abroad in large international groups: Shell, Gerdau Group, Citicorp, Chase Manhattan Bank and Banco Santander.
In the last two decades, he was a professor of the Postgraduate and MBA courses in People Management at INSPER and in the Certification of Advisors and implementation of Corporate Governance, at IBGC. During this same period, he has worked as a Lead Consultant in Executive Search and Board Services projects, the last five years at Ackermann International and as an Advisor and member of thematic Committees of the Board of Directors in industrial companies – Grupos NC and Promedon Med Devices and in local and international financial institutions such as Chase Manhattan Bank, Banco Santander, Banco Fator and Banco Votorantim.
At Ackermann, Francisco is a Lead Consultant for Corporate Governance Projects, also working in Executive Search and Coaching & Mentoring for C-Level executives. Francisco has a degree in Psychology from UFRJ, in HR Administration from PUCRJ and in Human Resources Strategy from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, USA. Francisco is certified by IFC & Erikson College, Vancouver, Canada.
