She leads and works closely with teams responsible for talent search and project execution. In recent years, she has specialized in the Natural Resources sector, covering Mining and Energy.
Her experience includes collaborating with international and local companies across various industries and sizes, managing projects in Chile, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil.
